IT'S THE NEW SEASON! Summer is the time for gourds and beans in Hong Kong, but you can still find some leafy green varieties that thrives well during this season. Apart from the four different Amaranthus varieties, you can also find the Summer Chinese Mustard "Nan Fong Mustard", the Summer Pakchoi "Black Behi", and "Sorrel Green Leaf" that gives better flavour in Summer. Of course we can't miss out your Summer favourite —— Okra Jade, and the cucumber variety that only got female flowers "Cucumber Fadia", and our proudly present Ridge Gourd - Hua Mi!
