高華種子針對華南地區及香港的氣候，培育出適合高溫高濕環境的茄科品種。同時，針對現代的家居種植環境，推出適合盆栽種植的辣椒。其中甜椒甜心及辣椒小辣寳更於2017年獲得AAS地區獎。無論是高華培育的茄科品種或進口茄科種子，都曾經在香港進行種植，確保適合本地種植環境。
We have been developing solanceae varieties that adapt to hot and humid South China and Hong Kong, and varieties that are perfect for home gardening and pot plant. Examples include the AAS rewarded Sweet Pepper -Sweetie Pie, and the hot variation, Chili Pie. All of our seeds, including our own breed and imported seeds had been grown in Hong Kong, to ensure the suitability for local agricultural use.
